On a Thursday morning, at about 7:25am, on the 6th day of October, CHIMA IBIAM AZU was born.

As a well trained professional teacher, Chima has worked in various secondary schools within and outside Abuja; and has also worked in 3 different firms, often starting at the bottom. He is one of Nigeria’s leading authorities on development of human potential and personal academic success.

Prior to founding his own firm, Visible Brands Consult, a Marketing and Product Development firm, he had successful careers in sales and marketing research. He is the lead researcher of EDUFAST, a learning solutions platform. Today, he is a publisher and a leading researcher in learning aids, student/teacher interfacing techniques, personal study effectiveness, and the anchor of ACADEMIC SUCCESS SEMINAR^TM.

Chima believes that each student has extra-ordinary untapped potential that he or she can learn to access and, in so doing, accomplish more in less time than the average untutored student can accomplish in an academic lifetime.

He is a well sought after front/back-end education software solutions provider. He knows his worth, and gets people to pay him for it. With his prowess, it is never just for the money; he is passionate about everything he does. He loves connecting with people, helping them, and educating them. Today, Chima is a sort-after seasoned instructor/resource person and has consulted for numerous organizations; he also works with Lagos Business School as a private facilitator for their Senior Managers Programmes (SMP).

No fewer than 25 academic success articles has been published to his credit, he has also written and published three books with the following titles: How to Become A Successful Student; Goal Oriented Student; How to develop a Sharp Brain;  12 Principles of Study Skills for Academic Excellence; Real Students Read Books, and other audio training resources. Currently, he is the publisher of an educational quarterly mini-magazine known as SMART LEARNER’S DIGEST.

In summary, Chima is a professional teacher (Certified and Licensed by Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria [TRCN]), media and marketing communications specialist with more than ten years combined experience in brand development, product development, marketing, strategic planning, social research, public/client and media relations, advocacy and campaigns, knowledge building, consultancy and event management. He is also a professional trainer, writer, speaker, team builder and manager.
